Shipping Policy
- After the order confirmation, all orders are processed within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays). A second notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched
- Free shipping is provided on certain pre-paid orders.
- Orders are presently only processed and delivered within India only.

Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reason such as damage or defective, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All complaints must be postmarked within one (1) day of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the damage is not informed within 24 hours of delivery, we will take granted that our products are delivered in perfect condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a MA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and further guidelines respect to returns will be given by our team. Please note that you may have to return the shipment at your own costs.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds & may take 15 days to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your Bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

These items need special attention & if any part is damaged, the part will be sent to your address & no return or replacement of whole product will be provided
Please Note
A 2% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations before dispatch.
Order cannot be cancelled after dispatch & if it is cancelled or rejected, 2-way logistics charge + 2% restocking fee will be charged.
